Spicy Carrot Juice
Igredients – 4 Carrots
¼ Head of Cauliflower
1 Golden Beetroot, full peeled
1 pc of ginger root, 2.5cm worth
To fulfil this lovely drink, blanch your cauliflower by submerging it in boiling water for roughly a minute. This will kill any bacteria or infections on the cauliflower. Next, cut everything into pieces that will fit into your juice. Juice your carrots first, then the remaining ingredients that are left.
This simple meal takes about ten minutes to prepare and even less to juice, meaning you can be enjoying an extremely enjoyable fruit meal as soon as you like!
Pine Lime & Lemon Juice
Ingredients – ¼ of a larger pineapple
2 stalks of a celery
1 pc of ginger root, 2.5 cm
Wash all of your ingredients before beginning, to ensure they are completely clean. If you peel your lemon and your lime, you will find the taste of the drink is a bit less bitter. Simply fire it all into the juicer machine and hit run – you will have a really enjoyable fruit drink in no time at all!
